Our Tournaments are well organized, with certified officials. We are a Grade Based Organization.
The Coach or Team Manager will register their teams by grade level.
Upon request, you must be able to provide proof for all players.
Payment is required at least 7 days in advance (You may pay in full or a Non-Refundable deposit of $100 per team).
Please register and pay online. Your team Roster and Waiver form must be submitted at check in prior to your first game.

Game Rules
All games will be played with a running clock
(The last 2 minutes of each half will be played with a regulation stop clock)
* 3rd grade - 7th grade will play with a 16 minute per half
* 8th grade - 12th grade will play with a 18 minute per half
* (15 points mercy rule – clock will not stop until the lead is 14 points or less)
Bonus - 1 and 1 will be shoot on 10th Team foul (player foul out on 5th personal foul)
3 Time outs per game (30 seconds) (over time only 1 TO)
Over Time will be 1:30 stop clock (2nd over time will be sudden death – first team scores
Tournament Winner's and Runner's Up will be determined

2. Point System (Regardless of score will be 0 - 15 points)
Pool and Bracket Play for all 2 day tournaments will be determined on the court.
* Seeding for bracket play - best record or point system when necessary.
* Player Protest must be in writing and accompanied with a $75 (cash payment)
(If you lose the protest no refund will be given) (If you win the protest funds will be returned)
* Only Tournament Director's is permitted to make that determination)
Registration and refund policy
A Roster/Waiver form is required for all teams, each form must have the player's name and must be signed by a parent or guardian (Once every season and must be updated when you add a new player). It also required the coaches contact information and signature.
This form must be submitted at check in prior to playing that team's first game.
No team will be placed on the schedule until payment has been received (a Non-Refundable deposit of $100 dollars (per team) will reserve your team's spot). Payment is required at least 7 days in advance.
Refund Policy
No refund will be given after registration is closed (7 days prior to the start of that tournament registration will be closed - only if space is available will any team be added. Payment must be made prior to adding any team).
We reserve the right to place any team up or down one grade level if a division does not make. If we cancel a divison a credit toward our next event or full refund will be given upon request
